Lexmark offers a simple and
efficient way of servicing your Inkjet, Optra E, Lexmark
E210, Lexmark E322, Dot Matrix (excluding the 4227 Series),
and Optra M products. LexExpress is an alternative to
the traditional customer carry-in service for inkjet printers
under warranty. This service covers all major and minor
towns including remote country locations in Australia.
Our LexExpress staff resolve more than 40% of all printer
problems over the phone, saving time and inconvenience.
Should the printer require service, customers can then
select the level of service that best fits their needs.

Lexmark
provides two alternative levels of support:
Advanced
Exchange
LexExpress will ship a permanent
replacement printer on the next business day
of a customer s call.This service alleviates
the need for customers to wait for parts or
a service technician to repair the printer.
LexExpress Repair and Return
A more traditional method of service. Once
we have verified that your printer has a problem,
send it to our service centre and we will
repair it and have it available for shipment
within two working days of receiving it. Please
