We have two easy service options

Exchange
Our Exchange option offers overnight replacement of your printer to your door step anywhere in Singapore (mainland). Once we have verified that your printer has a problem we will send you an exchange printer which automatically inherits your original printer's remaining warranty. When you receive your replacement printer, simply return the faulty printer to us.

Return & Repair
A more traditional method of service. Once we have verified that your printer has a problem, you send it to our service centre and we will repair and have it available for shipment within the same working day of the receipt of your printer.
