| Lexmark now offers three different registration options designed to benefit both our end users and our channel partners. These options are designed to streamline your process of activating your Service off the Shelf(sm) purchases of Lexmark Services. Regardless of which process you select, you now are required to complete the general address information once per transaction. Click on the Options below to find the one that best fits your needs.
Registration Options:
Single Product: (recommended for 1 product)
This registration Process eliminates the redundancy of re-entering your address information.
Multi-Product: (recommended for up to 10 products)
This process has been designed to support both end users and channel partners that have several product registrations.
Bundle Products:
This option is designed to allow registrations for both products when purchasing Lexmark bundle products.
In most cases these bundle products include a printer and scanner. Bundle Product Examples:
- P/N: 16C0240, X750e (Lexmark C750dn & Lexmark 4500)
- P/N: 16A0675, C710sx (Lexmark C710 & OptraImage443)
Lexmark offers Service off the Shelf Bundle Service Offerings for printer and scanner products allowing you to register both products with one service part number.
LexOnSite Repair is the only Service off the Shelf options available for both the products listed in the “Bundle Product Example” above. By purchasing a Service off the Shelf Bundle part number you can purchase service for both the X750e & C710sx.
Examples of Service Bundle Part Numbers:
To activate both products purchased under the “Bundle Product” example, this option provides data fields for two product and serial numbers along with the Service off the Shelf Part Number.
