Lexmark supports channel partners to expand their customer reach through a Managed Print Services offering

  • Today Lexmark launched the Advantage MPS Core Program, a new initiative that enables its channel partners to provide their customers with all of the cost and efficiency benefits a Managed Print Services (MPS) environment delivers, while removing investment and fleet management barriers associated with selling and then implementing MPS solutions. 
  • According to industry research firm Quocirca, first time adoption of managed print services in Europe will grow throughout 2015 with more than 50 percent of small to medium enterprises (SMEs) converting to some form of MPS by the end of the year. Lexmark enables its channel partners to benefit from this trend, making it easy and affordable to get started in MPS
  • The new Lexmark Advantage MPS Core Program has been specifically designed to equip Lexmark’s IT resellers with the tools and knowledge to sell Managed Print Services to a growing SME customer base without having to invest in MPS operations and service infrastructure.
  • Lexmark has been deploying MPS to large enterprise businesses for more than 15 years. The company has built on this experience to develop a specific channel program for its partners, enabling them to expand their customer base with new offerings at minimal risk. 
  • By signing up to the Advantage MPS Core Program Lexmark’s eligible channel partners have immediate access to training and resources to help them market the advantages of MPS. Lexmark will proactively manage supplies fulfillment, maintenance and support of contract devices, while enabling partners to maintain and build relationship with their customers.
  • With each sale channel partners get increased visibility to their customers’ output environment. This increased visibility provides additional opportunities for partners to further optimise their customer print environments with a wide range of software solutions from Lexmark.
