Returns and Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

At Lexmark, we want your shopping experience to be as rewarding and productive as possible. However, we recognise that not all purchases work out for one reason or another. Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please refer to Section4 of our Standard Terms and Conditions for further information on our refund policy.

What is your returns policy?

At Lexmark, we want your shopping experience to be as rewarding and productive as possible: However, we recognise that not all purchases work out for one reason or another. We therefore try to make the returns process as simple as possible.

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

Notice of your intention to return a product may also be sent to the following address:

In making a return, you must take reasonable care of the product and send it (and, wherever possible, all packaging and other materials which were provided with the product) to Lexmark at the address above within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal. You will be liable for loss or damage to the product if you do not take reasonable care of it. You should use a secure method to return the product (such as registered post or courier) and will be responsible for the payment of the relevant courier/postage charges to return the item. If you do not return the products to Lexmark within 30 days, Lexmark will be entitled to charge reasonable costs and expenses required to recover the goods.

In order to ensure a smooth, trouble-free return, we recommend you use the following procedure:

  • Contact Customer Service on 08082340196 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). You will need to provide order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  • When they give you the RMA, Customer Service will also give you easy instructions for filling out the packing slip return form and for shipping the return.

Please keep in mind:

  • Wherever possible, returns should be sent in their original packaging.
  • We are not able to give product exchanges
  • We only accept returns for product purchased on Lexmark.co.uk

 

Can I cancel my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfilment warehouse for shipment and cannot be cancelled. However, once you receive your order, you may certainly return items as needed. After all, we want you to be happy with your purchase and return again and again.

How do I request a refund?

To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online (that is, anything not a download, warranty, etc.), please refer to Section4 of our Standard Terms and Conditions for further information. You may also contact a Customer Service agent for help. Software downloads are not accepted for returns.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Once the return is received, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued via the credit card used for your original purchase only.
