We are seeking a Federal Civilian Account Manager who will be responsible for generating sales within Federal Civilian agencies such as Dept. of Justice, FBI, DEA, Federal Systems Integrators, and others. The individual will be responsible for Federal agencies primarily located in the Washington, D.C area.
This is a direct customer facing role with emphasis on developing new customers and driving Profitable Revenue Growth – from Lexmark’s portfolio of Hardware, Software, Solutions, & Services. It requires a high level of daily activities including cold calling, briefings, workshops, studies, demonstrations, and proposals. The Account Manager builds and maintains a strong presence within all named accounts and develops a network of colleagues, partners, resellers and solution providers to help close new business. Creates new opportunities and is directly involved in developing and presenting products, solutions and/or services that specifically address customer's needs. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the company’s entire product line and offerings.
