Patton joined Lexmark in 2001 as corporate counsel, focusing primarily on supporting Lexmark’s business operations and litigation.
Prior to joining Lexmark, Patton spent 15 years at Xerox Corporation. His last position there was associate general counsel.
Patton holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Connecticut State University and is a graduate of the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law).
