Cole came to Lexmark in 1991 and served as corporate counsel until February 1996, when he became assistant general counsel and secretary. Prior to joining Lexmark, he spent 10 years in private practice with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City, specializing in business transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law. |
