Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) today announced that Najib Bahous will succeed Tim Craig as president of its Consumer Printer Division (CPD). After an appropriate transition period, Craig intends to retire from Lexmark.

Bahous has been with Lexmark since its founding in 1991 and has held numerous financial, operational and sales management positions in Europe prior to relocating to the corporate headquarters in 2001 to become Lexmark's vice president of Customer Services.

In making the announcement, Lexmark Chairman and CEO Paul Curlander said, "Najib brings broad international experience and a strong understanding of our geographic operations that will serve him well in his leadership of the CPD team."

Prior to joining Lexmark, Bahous, 46, served for 17 years in a number of financial roles and management positions with IBM.

Commenting on Craig's retirement, Curlander said, "Tim has been a key contributor to the success of Lexmark since our inception and a long-term employee of IBM before that. I very much appreciate Tim's many years of dedication to Lexmark."
