Lexmark Appoints Ronaldo Foresti VP and General Manager for Latin America

Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) today announced the appointment of Ronaldo Foresti to the position of vice president and general manager of the company’s Latin America region. Based in Coral Gables, Fla., Foresti will report to David Goodnight, Lexmark’s vice president of Latin America and Asia Pacific.

In making the announcement, Goodnight stated, “I am delighted to attract a person of Ronaldo’s experience and character to Lexmark. Ronaldo brings to his new position 25 years of technology industry experience with HP, Compaq, and Digital Equipment Corporation. I am pleased to have him join our Latin America team, and I am confident that he will lead it to its next level of success.”

Ronaldo succeeds Roberto Torok who will be relocating from Coral Gables to Lexmark’s global headquarters in Lexington, KY upon the completion of a transition period. He will report to Lexmark chairman and CEO, Paul Curlander.

“Roberto and the Latin America team have a tremendous track record of success,” said Curlander. “I look forward to working more closely with him in Lexington.”
