Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE:LXK) today announced the Lexmark Z55se Color Jetprinter, an expansion to its line of high-resolution inkjets. The Z55se will replace the Z55 Color Jetprinter, and will feature resolution of up to 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). Lexmark became the first to market with 4800 dpi resolution when it introduced the $199* Z65 Color Jetprinter in March 2002.

Key Features
The Z55se offers advanced home users a maximum 4800 x 1200 dpi in black and color on photo paper, inkjet paper and transparencies as well as 4800 x 600 dpi on plain paper. Other features include:

• Lexmark’s PrecisionSense™ technology, which automatically senses paper type and precisely adjusts driver settings for the best possible output
• Fast print speeds of up to 17 pages per minute (ppm) in black and up to 13 ppm in color
• Three picoliter microfine color drop size
• Accu-feed™ paper handling system
• USB and parallel connectivity
• Windows, Mac and Linux compatibility

Pricing and Availability
The Lexmark Z55se Color Jetprinter is available at popular retailers including Comp USA and Staples as well as from Dell. Corporate customers who prefer to purchase through alternate channels can find these printers at Comark, CompuCom, Pomeroy, Boise Cascade Office Products and Corporate Express.
