(NYSE: LXK) today introduced the Lexmark C920, a high-performance color printer with value-added features delivering superior quality and ease of use. The Lexmark C920 is capable of printing up to 36 pages per minutes (ppm) in monochrome and up to 32 ppm in color. A powerful 1GHz processor, larger than any competitive model, produces a time-to-first-page rating as fast as 9.5 seconds for monochrome print jobs and 13.5 seconds for color. Its fast output is complemented by its superior print quality. All of these features are also available on the Lexmark T640 family and W840 announced today. The Lexmark C920 also offers advanced paper handling options, including input capacity of up to 5,300 sheets. It can print documents from 3 inches x 5 inches all the way up to large banners that are 48 inches long. Cost management Serviceability and security The Lexmark C920 also includes several new standard features for customers concerned with document and network security. Confidential print jobs can be stored in the printer and then easily released later by using the intuitive user interface and the 10-digit numeric pad.
