PC Magazine, a leading technology publication, recently recognized two of Lexmark International, Inc.'s (NYSE:LXK) new laser printers, the Lexmark C534dn and Lexmark E250dn, as top choices for customers needing fast, affordable, high-quality laser printing capabilities in brilliant color or crisp black and white. Lexmark C534dn The Lexmark C534dn prints at speeds up to 22 pages per minute (ppm) in color and 24 ppm in monochrome. It offers two-sided printing and networking capabilities standard and helps customers increase productivity by allowing them to print professional color documents, brochures and signage affordably in-house. "If you need a color laser printer for a small office, the Lexmark C534dn's overall level of output quality, combined with its speed, paper-handling and price, should be on your short list," PC Magazine said. The Lexmark C534dn is part of the Lexmark C530 color laser family, which also includes the Lexmark C530dn ($499*), C532n ($499*), C532dn ($699*), C534n ($699*) and the Lexmark C534dtn ($1,299*). The Lexmark C522n, which is a member of the previous generation of these products, earned Editors' Choice honors from PC Magazine earlier this year. Lexmark E250dn The Lexmark E250dn is available for an estimated street price of $249* and prints at speeds up to 30 ppm. "Speed is one of the best arguments for buying the E250dn," PC Magazine said. It features industry-first printhead technology and an Instant Warm-Up fuser that saves power and speeds up the time to first page to as fast as 7.5 seconds, even from sleep mode. "The E250dn is not only the right size and price for a small office, or even a home office with heavy printing needs; it also offers all the features a typical small office could hope for, including a network connector, a built-in duplexer to make it easy to print on both sides of the page, and an eye-catching 30-page-per-minute engine rating," PC Magazine said. The Lexmark E250dn is part of the Lexmark E series, which also includes the Lexmark E250d ($199*), E350d ($349*), E350dn ($449*) and Lexmark E450dn ($599*).
