Customers can access Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for Lexmark products. MSDSs describe the chemical and physical characteristics of a material and provide advice on safe handling and use of the material.
"Please note that cartridges are considered "articles" in Canada and not controlled by WHMIS regulations. Therefore, MSDSs are not required for cartridges and the 3 year review does not apply. Even though cartridges are not WHMIS controlled products, Lexmark prepares MSDSs because our customers expect it, but we do not update on a 3 year interval."
