Donations of printers
Requests for donations of new and used printers to qualified not-for-profit organizations will be considered on an ongoing basis. Priority is given to organizations in which Lexmark employees serve as volunteers. While Lexmark seeks to assist not-for-profits with their technology needs, it is not possible to donate all the printers required by an organization. Periodically, used printers in good working order become available for donation. Please specify in your request if your organization will accept used equipment.
Printers may also be requested for donation to fundraising auctions or events sponsored by qualified not-for-profit organizations.
Application procedure

In your request, be as specific as possible about the type of printer needed. Include information on its proposed application, network and PC compatibility, and memory requirements. Please specify if you will accept used equipment.
Please allow at least four weeks for review of your request. Organizations can receive no more than one donation per calendar year.
Approved requests for used printers are placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted as soon as equipment becomes available. Requests are filled in the order in which they are received.
All equipment is given on as as-is basis basis with no warranty.
