Community volunteer service

Community volunteer service is encouraged. Lexmark supports the free on-line VolunteerMatch service. Not-for-profits seeking volunteers are encouraged to register and post their available opportunities at www.volunteermatch.org. Potential volunteers using the service can contact organizations directly through an e-mail notification system. Lexmark employees seeking volunteer opportunities in their communities can use this award-winning service to link their interests with local community needs.

While Lexmark is committed to promoting volunteerism and encourages all of its employees to participate in a volunteer program of their choice, the company does not necessarily endorse all of the activities of any particular volunteer organization. Lexmark is not responsible for its employees while they participate in such volunteer activities.
