Receive service referrals for those Lexmark products for which you have one or more Lexmark Certified Technicians.
Overview
The Lexmark Preferred Service Provider Referral Program increases your market reach by providing service leads to customers requesting printer service to participating Authorized Service locations. Only authorized locations with product specific certifications will be given out for the referrals.
- The more products you have certified technicians on, the more products you'll be referred for.
- Complete hands-on Instructor Based Training, and you're put at the top of the list for that product!
Program Requirements
Only Lexmark Authorized Resellers and Authorized Partners are eligible to participate in this service referral program.
A Lexmark Preferred Service Provider agrees to:
- Maintain Lexmark Certified Technicians to service currently marketed Lexmark products; and
- Provide service to any customer entitled to warranty repair, regardless of the point of purchase.
Upon successful completion of your service training, Lexmark will begin referring customers to your location for printer service when customers call within your designated areas. If you should fail to meet these requirements, Lexmark reserves the right to revoke your status as a Lexmark Preferred Service Provider and stop referring customers to your location for warranty service.
If you are interested in expanding your warranty service business and would like Lexmark to refer customers to your location once you've successfully completed service training, submit a Preferred Service Provider Referral Program application form.
