Printed pages have alternating bands of light and dark print
- Change the print quality setting to Automatic or Photo.
- If your All-In-One is connected to your computer through a hub or a peripheral device such as a scanner or fax machine, disconnect it and connect it directly to your computer with a USB cable.
- If your All-In-One is connected to a network, remove it from the network and connect it directly to your computer through a USB cable.
