Check the cable connection

Verify the following items, and then send your file to print again.

    1. Did you connect the cable to the power supply at the back of your All-In-One and into a properly grounded electrical outlet?
      • Make sure the power supply is firmly attached to your All-In-One and a properly grounded electrical outlet.
      • Check for loose connections.
    2. Is the other end of the USB cable connected to the back of your All-In-One?
      • Make sure the USB cable is connected to the USB port at the back of your computer.
      • The USB port on the back of your computer is marked by the USB symbol. Plug the long, flat end of the USB cable into this port.
      • Plug the smaller, more square end into the back of your All-in-One.
    3. Is the USB cable damaged or loose?
      • Make sure the USB cable is not damaged and firmly attached at both ends.
    4. Make sure the All-In-One Power light is on.
