All-In-One has a paper jam
Press Cancel on the control panel to eject the jammed paper. If this does not work:
- Press Power to turn the All-In-One off.
- Pull slowly and firmly on the paper to remove it.
- Press Power to turn the All-In-One back on.
If the paper is lodged too far into the All-In-One and you cannot reach it:
- Lift the scanner unit and pull the paper out.
- Lower the scanner unit to close it.
- Press Power to turn the All-In-One on, and then resend your document to print.
If paper keeps jamming in the All-In-One:
- Make sure you are using paper designed for an inkjet printer.
- Make sure you Load paper correctly.
