Install the All-In-One add-on software

Your All-In-One software CD comes with a Lexmark Extras folder that contains the add-on application, ABBYY FineReader 5 Sprint. This is the application that provides the fax and OCR functionality for your All-In-One.

You must install this extra application separately as it does not automatically install with the All-In-One software.

1. Close all open software applications.
2. When your desktop appears, insert the All-In-One software CD.

The Lexmark 5200 Series Installer dialog displays. On this dialog are the Lexmark 5200 Series Install icon, the Lexmark Extras folder, and the Help Installer icon.

3. Double-click the Lexmark Extras folder.
4. Click and drag the software icon to your Applications folder.

Continue on to Edit the Application List Setup.
