Select a print quality

  1. From the software application, click File  Print.
  2. From the pop-up menu in the upper left corner, choose Quality & Media.
  3. From Print Quality, select the appropriate print quality for your document:
    • Automatic. The All-In-One sets the print quality according to the paper type loaded.
    • Quick Print. Best for text-only documents with reduced print quality but faster print speed.
    • Note:

      This option is turned off when printing a photo or transparency.

    • Normal. Recommended for most types of documents.
    • Photo. Best for photos and documents with graphics.When you select Photo, you can then choose to Print using the highest resolution by selecting Premium Photo Printing in Advanced Options. This is best for professional-quality photos or graphics.
  4. Click Print.
