Paper type sensor. When Paper Type is set to Automatic, the software detects the paper type loaded into the printer and adjusts the settings to produce optimum prints.
Borderless printing. To print borderless photos, adjust the margins of your pictures and choose a paper size that supports this feature.
Efficient media handling. Your printer has a mechanism that provides better paper handling over a wider variety of media types and environmental conditions without the use of levers.
Cartridge detection. Your printer automatically recognizes and aligns print cartridges for unparalleled ease of use.
Advanced Power Management. This feature of your printer lets you use energy efficiently. When you shut down or reset your computer, the printer is turned off automatically. If a print job is in progress, and a shut down or a reset occurs, clicking Resume in the Print Center reprints the whole document.
