Adjust color settings

Instead of using the automatic settings, you can manually adjust the color settings for optimum color output.

  1. From your software application, choose File  Print... .
  2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose P910 Series.
  3. From the pop-up menu that says Copies & Pages, choose Color Options.
  4. From the Document Color pop-up menu, choose:
    • Color to print photos or documents with graphics.
    • Black Only to conserve ink and print your document in grayscale.

For Mac OS X version 10.3

The ColorSync feature in Mac OS X version 10.3 enhances color settings further.

  1. From your software application, choose File  Print... .
  2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose P910 Series.
  3. From the pop-up menu that says Copies & Pages, choose Color Sync.
  4. From Color Conversion, choose Standard.
  5. From Quartz Filter, choose Black & White, Blue Tone, Gray Tone, Lightness Decrease, Lightness Increase, Reduce File Size, or Sepia Tone. To create a customized filter, choose Add Filters... .
