Create a PDF

For Mac OS X versions 10.1.5, 10.2.3, and 10.3:

  1. From the software application, click File  Print... . The Print dialog is displayed.
  2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose P910 Series.
  3. From the pop-up menu that says Copies & Pages, choose Output Options.
  4. Select Save as File. The Format pop-up menu is activated.
  5. Choose PDF.
  6. Click Save.

For Mac OS X version 10.2.3 and 10.3:

  1. From the software application, click File  Print... . The Print dialog is displayed.
  2. Click Save as PDF... .
  3. Specify a file name for your document.
  4. From the Where pop-up menu, choose the location for your PDF.
  5. Click Save.
