Load photo or glossy paper
Before loading photo or glossy paper, make sure that:
- You use photo or glossy paper designed for inkjet printers.
- Your photo or glossy paper is not used or damaged.
- The print side is facing you.
- You read any instructions that came with the paper.
- You do not force the paper into the printer.
You can load up to 25 sheets of photo or glossy paper, depending on the thickness.
- Load the photo or glossy paper vertically against the right side of the paper support.

- Lower the paper feed guard, squeeze the paper guide, and slide it to the left edge of the paper.
