Photo menu

With a memory card inserted in the memory card reader, pressing the Menu button shows the different settings and functions that you can choose to manipulate your images.

The settings and their uses are as follows:

Setting

Function

Paper Size

Set the paper size you loaded into your printer. Choose from Letter, Legal, A4, A5, A6, B5, 3 x 5 in., 3.5 x 5 in., 4 x 6 in., 5 x 7 in., 8 x 10 in., L, 2L, and Hagaki.

Print Quality

Set the print quality of your printer. Choose from Draft, Normal, Photo, and Automatic.

Print Color

Print in your photos in color or in black and white.

Brightness

Adjust the brightness of the image on the screen.

Crop

Crop the image.

Print All Photos

Print all the photos contained on the media card or digital camera.

Slide Show

View a slideshow of all the images contained on the media card.

Print Index Page

Print an index page of all the photos contained on the media card.

View Photos or Print

View and print photos.

Print DPOF Selection

Print images with Digital Print Order Format selection.

Save to Computer

Save photos from your memory card to your computer.

Ink Levels

View the ink levels of your cartridges.

Change Cartridges

View instructions on how to change cartridges.

Align Cartridges

Print an alignment page.

Clean Cartridges

Clean clogged nozzles by forcing the ink out of the cartridges.

Print Test Page

Print a test page.

Restore Factory Settings

Return all settings to their factory defaults.

Paper Type

Set the paper loaded into the printer. Choose from Auto Detect, Plain, Coated, Glossy, and Transparency.

Photo Size

Set the size of your photo as it will be printed. Choose from 8.5 x 11 in., A4, A5, A6, B5, 2.25 x 3.25 in., 3.5 x 5 in., 4 x 6 in., 5 x 7 in., 8 x10 in., L, and 2L.

Auto-Preview before Print

Select the option of previewing your photos as they will be printed. Turn this option on or off.

Language

Choose the language of the text on the display.

Clear Settings When

Set when the settings will be cleared.

Power Save

Set the time when the printer goes into power save mode.
