Preview

From your computer:

Select Preview to review your documents before sending them to print. This is useful when working with photos.

Mac OS X version 10.1.5 or later:

From the software application, choose Display, and click any of the following commands:

Mac OS X version 10.2.3 or later:

Mac OS X version 10.3 or later:

From your printer:

Pressing the Print Preview button:

  1. Insert a memory card.
  2. From the I Want To screen, scroll to View Photos or Print and press the Select button.
  3. Browse and select a photo you want to print.
  4. Make the necessary changes to settings and press Select to save the settings.
  5. Press Print Preview to view your photo as it will be printed.
  6. For multi-page jobs, use or to view the pages.

Enabling the Auto-Preview before Print option:

If Auto-Preview before Print is turned on, the images appear on the display before printing.

  1. Insert a memory card.
  2. From the I Want To screen, scroll to View Photos or Print and press the Select button.
  3. Browse and select a photo you want to print.
  4. Press Menu.
  5. From the Menu, scroll to Auto Preview before Print.
  6. Use or until On is displayed.
    Note: To disable this function, make sure that Off is displayed.
  7. Press Select to save the settings.
