Lexmark is so confident that you will get outstanding results with Lexmark-branded photo paper that we're offering a "money back" guarantee – regardless of the brand of inkjet printer you use. In short, if you aren't satisfied with the quality of prints you're getting using Lexmark-branded photo paper, return the remainder to us and we'll refund your purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
Obviously, if the original photo is blurred or lighting is poor, paper can't correct that. Photo paper can't necessarily overcome the problems associated with a poor quality camera, either. However, if you have a good image, you should get an outstanding print on Lexmark photo paper.
If you are not satisfied, though, here's how to claim your refund:
- Download and print the claim form (and mailing label if needed) at the bottom of this page.
- Complete this claim form (please write clearly so we get your check to the correct address).
- Attach your original receipt for the paper to the claim form.
- Insert the claim form into the package with the unused photo paper.
- (Optional) Insert one photo you consider to be unsatisfactory (this helps us with our quality management process).
- Package the paper and send it to us.
There are a few additional conditions:
- Your reimbursement claim must be mailed within a year of the date you purchased the paper.
- The returned package must contain at least 75% of the paper originally in the package.
- No more than one reimbursement claim may be filed by a single household.
You should expect to receive a check within 8 weeks of the date Lexmark receives your claim.
