Extended Warranty Registration

If you have purchased Extended Lexmark Care from a reseller or from Lexmark's web site, your warranty must be activated by completing this form.

Completing this form accurately will ensure you receive prompt and efficient service! Once your extended warranty is activated we will mail a certificate of extended warranty registration. This certificate will show your name and address, your printer type and serial number and your printer's new warranty expiry date.

Note: To register warranty for MFP products (X-version of printers), please register/verify the printer and scanner units seperately. For example, if you own an X520, please register/verify the printer as a T520 and also register/verify the attached scanner, OptraImage 242.
