Cartridge Collection Program

Lexmark Cartridge Collection Program is the empty cartridge return program for Lexmark laser printer cartridges, including our complete line of toner cartridges for HP, Canon and Apple laser printers.

This Lexmark environmental program is only for returning used genuine Lexmark laser supplies. This program is not yet available for Lexmark inkjet cartridges and does not apply to defective laser cartridges under warranty. To exchange defective supplies still under warranty, please contact your usual Lexmark reseller.

To properly dispose of your empty cartridges within Canada, please follow the steps below:

1. Package it.
   Use the box and packing materials that your new cartridge came in to repackage your used Lexmark cartridge. Seal the box with packing tape.
   
2. Call 1-866-817-2801. Press 1 for English (or 2 for French) and select option 4, Toner Cartridge Return Shipments.
   You will be connected to a representative of a local courier who will make arrangements to pick up the empty cartridge.

Empty cartridges may also be returned through participating Lexmark authorized supplies resellers.
