Lexmark's pay ranges are based on competitive market information. Pay increases are designed to assure that you're suitably rewarded for a job well done.

Savings and Retirement
Stock options are granted based on factors such as job category, job level and salary. Our Employee Stock Purchase Plan allows employees who participate to purchase common stock at a 15 percent discount through regular payroll deductions.

Lexmark also contributes a significant percentage of employees' salaries to their retirement savings plans, which offers a choice of investment opportunities.

Insurance
To help you prepare for the unforeseen, we offer a selection of insurance plans that include group life (company pays entire cost of basic coverage), short-term and long-term disability, long-term care and business travel/accident.
