Lexmark's pay ranges are based on competitive market information. Pay increases are designed to assure that you're suitably rewarded for a job well done.
Savings and Retirement
Stock options are granted based on factors such as job category, job level and salary.
The Lexmark Savings Plan - 401(k) contributes 1 percent of your salary and matches 100% of the first 5 percent of pay you save. The plan offers a choice of more than 20 investment opportunities.
Insurance
To help you prepare for the unforeseen, we offer a selection of insurance plans that include group life (company pays entire cost of basic coverage), long-term disability, long-term care and business travel/accident.
