All student positions are paid. At Lexmark, we offer competitive pay based on your academic discipline and education level.

Students receive holiday pay if the holiday falls on a day in which the student is regularly scheduled to work.
Students receive on-the-job training in their positions. They are also eligible for classes and workshops offered by Lexmark.
All students are invited to participate in a wide range of social and sporting events. Organized student activities include dinners, bowling, Lexington Legends baseball games, pizza parties and community service projects. Students may also join a variety of existing employee programs.
