When it comes to protecting your health, Lexmark provides the coverage you expect and a few things you might not expect. And we give you the flexibility to choose the benefits that are right for you and your family. As your life changes, you can make changes accordingly.

Our medical plans include a preferred provider organization, a consumer directed health plan, and a health maintenance organization. We provide opportunities for healthcare coverage to all employees, meaning we pay the majority of costs of benefits for an employee’s spouse and children as well as for a domestic partner and his or her children.

Our Live for Life Fitness Refund Program reimburses activities that enhance the health of employees and dependents, such as gym memberships, smoking cessation and weight loss programs. Employees can also elect to set aside pre-tax dollars in a Flexible Spending Account to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Our Employee Assistance Program makes professional counseling available for employees and family members on a wide range of personal problems, including substance abuse and marital issues.
