Job Purpose/Summary:

The  Sales Support team is a group of Sales Support Representatives (SSR) who help minimize the administrative burden of the NA/LA SLED and OLA Channel Segment sales force. As a support to the sales force, SSR's mission is to free-up the SLED and OLA sales reps from the administrative tasks so they can focus on strategic/higher-value tasks such as face-to-face activities.

This role receives a high volume of phone and email correspondences and requires quick turnaround time to address and resolve the requests from the sales team.  The specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Pricing requests (lead to opportunity creation)
  • Opportunity creation and management
  • Rebate claims and queries
  • Account and contact research
  • SEED request filing and tracking
  • Reference Edge requests
  • Technical support case assistance
  • Order management questions
  • Product availability
  • Order status
  • Product comparisons and recommendations
  • Warranty related questions
  • Asset registry reports

A successful candidate should have a relevant background in customer service, fluency in verbal and written English language with reporting and analysis experience.
