Job Purpose/Summary:

The MPS Toner Reconciliation Reports Analyst is responsible for arming the business with data-driven insights through analytics to drive key business decisions. The Reports Analyst is accountable for designing, creating and managing transparent, standard reports that is timely, accurate and actionable. The data infrastructure for the generated reports should be scalable, maintainable and reliable.  The Reports Analyst can lead small projects and collaborate with key counterparts across multiple functions.

The Reports Analyst will actively monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness and efficiency of defined metrics and targets. Reports analysis can be assisted using a variety of tools; including, but not limited to: Lean, Six Sigma, Histogram, and others - any of which may be leveraged to develop and/or enhance reports.

The Reports Analyst reports to the MPS Consumables Management Operations Manager and coordinates closely with other Lexmark functional teams (international and local) – WW Process Teams, Business Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, IT, and others, as necessary.

    • Strong project management skills; certification is a plus

Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related courses; Master’s degree in any of these courses is a plus
  • Experience in project management and use of its tools; certification is a plus
  • Experience in leading projects that require working with multi-disciplined teams
  • Experience in working with worldwide teams is preferred
  • Experience with Toner Reconciliation, MPS Consumables Management, Asset Management, or Customer Setup is preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years operational experience in data analysis and management and the delivery of operations using technology is required
