GEO COMMISSIONS LEAD-AP

Business Area: Lead to Contract & Marketing

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary:

The Geo Commissions Lead is mandated to support the AP Geo in organizing, validating, coordinating, and communicating commissions data including quota targets.  The role is all-encompassing and is the singular point of contact for anything related to commissions for the AP Geo including handling escalations and exceptions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities/Key Job Functions:

  • Communicate and lead the Sales Commission Plans communication for AP
  • Work with Finance and Sales Operations to establish Quota Targets and ensure targets are allocated through the organization
  • Work with HR to establish people and target variable pay for sales commission personnel
  • Roll up the attainment for each region to be loaded into Commission Calculator Tool
  • Responsible to create AP Commissions calculator Tool which houses people, quota, and attainment to calculate individual attainment % and payout results
  • Responsible to provide monthly reporting to WW for AP Geo
  • Point of Contact for Sales personnel. Will lead to answer questions, escalations, and possible exception to the Global processes.

  • Required skills:
    • Should have strong customer service background
    • Should be proficient in PowerBI
    • Ability to effectively communicate in standard business English
    • Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create formulas and automation in Excel
    • Should have strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including ability to import charts and graphs
    • Should possess strong negotiation skills

Education, Experience & Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • At least 5 years professional experience in a business environment on a similar capacity
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Ability to lead projects that drive processes improvement & increased efficiency & profitability
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, departments and geographies
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications in MS
    • Excellent communication skills
