Business Area: Cebu Business Operations

The work will involve the assigning of purchase orders to Order Entry Specialists, transfer of information from scanned documents to MS Word or Excel, generation of pre-defined reports and sending these to the Order Entry operations team and Trad Services Management, which is needed to perform the Order Entry tasks.

  • Input accurate information on the Contracts Database Tool in a timely manner.
  • Tracking and Reporting of calls processed daily.
  • Creating agreements that contain accurate information and processing them on time.
  • Attaching of pertinent documents like Purchase orders, Special bid documents, invoices and email correspondence when necessary, to the agreement.
  • Asset Upload
  • Responds to emails from customers, peers and colleagues

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of any ERP system i.e. SAP, Siebel, Business Intelligence (preferred but not required)
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Productivity Tools such as; Excel and Word
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong command in English (Written and Verbal)
    • Openly discuss his/her ideas to team and business counterparts
  • Soft Skills
    • Customer Oriented
    • Team Player

Education, Experience & Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Work Experience
    • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    • 1 year experience in an Office set up environment is preferred
