The Process Analyst is responsible in creating and managing efficient work processes in the essence of a successful business. The Process Analyst role in Lexmark is focused on defining, developing, documenting, testing, and (continuously) optimizing the processes that support the Managed Services business model in the context of Order-to-Cash Invoicing. This role is also responsible for documenting processes, procedures, systems, training, and audit controls.
The Process Analyst will define and develop key metrics/success criteria and actively monitor and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer operations function, in order to support the execution of the O2C Invoicing global processes and other processes that will align. Process analysis can be assisted by the use of a variety of modeling techniques and tools; including, but not limited to: Six Sigma, Lean, Capability Maturity Model, and others – any of which may be leveraged to create defined and repeatable processes.
The Process Analyst reports to the Global Sub Process Lead, and coordinates closely with other Lexmark function teams (both GEO and local) – Business Operations, Finance, Worldwide Support, Technical Operations, the Lexmark Services Field team, and the Channel Partners.
