The SMB Customer Research Analyst, will work with the Promotions Coordination Manager/Team for hardware who is part of the Product Marketing Team in Lexmark. This team will focus on 4P coordination and management processes, systems, practice and engagement- focusing on promotion execution and support. The purpose of this role is to drive category growth and target achievement.
The research analyst, as part of the Market and Competitive Intelligence Team in Lexmark, will focus on gathering, reviewing, summarizing and analyzing research that informs Lexmark’s global marketing team, executives and other business groups.
