DEMAND PROGRAM SUPPORT

Job Summary:

As a function within the Global Revenue Marketing Organization, reporting to the Demand Program Manager, the Demand Program support role is responsible for providing campaign support for effective execution of the campaign plan in a given region.  This work is an important factor for the smooth operation of the demand marketing department and the attainment of its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create campaign playbook
  • Request translations and monitor their progress to completion
  • Webinar admin support, including registration page creation, pulling reports, match webinar registration to existing accounts in CRM
  • Maintain accurate calendar
  • Submit POs and general budget support
  • Compile operations review slides

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Has attention to details
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Good communication and people skills

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 yrs. experience working in a business environment
