Servicing all geographical regions you will provide the leadership and direction to the Order Management teams. Order Management is responsible to maintain timely and effective communication to both external and internal customers and to ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the ERP system. All administrative issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process must be addressed so that orders are dropped to Distribution on time to ensure customer requested delivery date is met. While managing the day to day operations, you will need to drive improvements to key processes, while mentoring and developing the teams. You will harmonize processes across regions to deliver superior service to customers and financial benefits to the company. You will have the opportunity to analyze & assess which KPIs should be in place and not be afraid to think-outside-the-box with creative solutions.
