EMEA SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST

Business Area: Lead to Contract

FUNCTION: Sustainability and corporate social responsibility support for Lexmark in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)

MISSION: The Sustainability Specialist is responsible for delivering improved content and deliverables to our main stakeholders (Large Account, OLA and Channel Partners) and for supporting CSR programs, primarily in the EU and USA region.

Requirements:

  • Content Management and Support
    • Works to ensure the answers to customers are fine-tuned and geo-specific.
    • Consults with the WW & EMEA Sustainability team as well as the compliance teams and other business areas as needed.
    • Supports EMEA sales reps in RFQs and RFPs as the sustainability expert. Closely back up the EMEA BID PROPOSAL DESK (emeabid@lexmark.com) and EMEA product support team (emeaprodsupp@lexmark.com)
    • Leverages the existing content (CSR report, previous EMEA RFQs answers) and builds Q&As in Qvidian tool that is EMEA specific (both Lexmark and Enterprise Software). The aim of this work is to improve the quality of answers to customers’ enquiries and RFQs.
    • Supports customers’ enquiries, RFQs and RFPs related to environment (product and operations), health & safety, social responsibility, Lexmark compliance, best practices, fair trade practices, anticorruption, human rights, supply chain operations, CSR programs and partnerships.
    • Researches industry trends and does competitive benchmarking on sustainability topics.
    • Manages and updates the Sustainability Shared content platform.
    • Supports Public and the Channel website’s sustainability content development.
  • Research and Training
    • Reviews, develops and executes training plans to support the sales teams on their customer communications and proposals.
    • Supports training material development to internal sales rep and partners.
    • Researches and maintains working knowledge of best practices of competitors and leading industries with regards to sustainability. Thus, coordinates market studies on CSR with EMEA Market Intelligence and WW Sustainability Team, investigates best practices in Digital transformation, IOT, green IT and proposes improvement paths for Lexmark.
  • Project Management and Coordination
    • Works closely with the central Sales enablement and portfolio teams (product, business development, Communication and Education) by defining customers’ expectations and needed programs development.
    • Ensures sharing of best practices within the EMEA region
    • Coordinate the development of tools, programs and initiatives in support of various country needs.
    • Participates in global CFT meetings
    • Maintains relationships with identified non-profit organisations and PrintReleaf partnership.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    • Experience in CSR and Sustainability (either through a specific degree, past experience or interpersonal commitments).
    • Good sense of Marketing and sales activities
    • Project Management
    • Written and verbal English
