GLOBAL ANALYTICS TEAM PROJECT MANAGER

Business Area: Cebu Customer Operations

Job Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) will work with key stakeholder to define the D365 Phase 2 reporting and analytics scope and tasks. Will work back from key dates D365 Phase 2 launch dates to set critical milestones. The PM will set critical goals, success markers, and determine how success will be measured and tracked. They will ensure the project remains on time and help motivate team members to hit their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the successful delivery of all tasks and actions required to support reporting and analytics for D365 Phase 2 go-live.
  • Create and maintain project plan from defined scope and goals
  • Maintain progress of defined deliverables aligned to tiered customer/account list
  • Drive the scheduling of discussions with account team and Data Engineers to capture actions
  • Communicate governance and escalation process to all stakeholders
  • Instruct account team to submit change request through the governance process
  • Communicate (via group call by GEO / Region w/ Geo advocate) the standard reporting package and track feedback from COMs by account
  • Track all requests submitted through the governance process
  • Standard and non-standard work
  • Work with data engineer to scope, effort and timing
  • Capture all approvals and escalations
  • Communicate tasks and schedule working closely with the GEO advocates
  • Report task and milestone results back to the business
  • Participate and deliver project updates to stakeholders and leadership
