Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Quality Analyst, as part of the Business Support Team in Lexmark, focuses on process validation check defined by the Global Process Lead.

The Quality Analyst is responsible for the following major activities within the scope of the Business Support Team:

  • Helps ensure that the E2E processes and services meet its quality standards and continued focus on recommending plans to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Verifies that deliverables are of acceptable quality and that they are complete and correct.
  • Implements the necessary changes to Quality Framework and checklist.
  • Performs Quality Assurance
    • Defines audit methodology, sampling size and recommend business requirements on area of assignment
    • Presents proposal to Order To Cash managers for buy-in
    • Performs all phases of an audit:
    • Gathers and collects data to be audited
    • Performs audit methodology steps
    • Presents findings and recommendations to management
    • Resolves audit disputes
    • Publishes performance results
  • Performs Quality Control
    • Provides quality control measures to processes by using the output in the audit or feedback from stakeholders
    • Takes part in the corrective action planning
    • Monitors the implementation of corrective actions
    • Updates the audit methodology with changes based on the corrective actions set
    • Conducts calibration sessions with co-QA analysts / operations to analyze measure and improve the effectiveness of existing quality process within assigned area
    • Creates and updates documents related to business processes as result of evaluation, calibration and recommendation within assigned area all the time

Education, Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Admin or Management Accounting graduate or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Finance or Deal Management or Customer Service on a Shared Service setting and quality audit in a Shared Service setting
