MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Business Area: Market to Lead

Job Summary:

The Marketing Support Specialist role provides support to the WW Marketing organization by completing required administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and managing marketing-related requests.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Global Marketing Calendar reporting:
    • Ensures that the global marketing calendar is up to date.
    • Follows up with key stakeholders to ensure data/information has been entered in the calendar
    • Customizes Power BI reports according to geo request.
    • Set up and maintain yearly data files for each stakeholder team
    • Gather input for PowerBI report audience and needs
    • Generate living reports based on data inputs
    • Maintain integrity of data inputs; error check and fix
    • Manage translations requests
  • Non-Kiado Files/Assets:
    • Download files (package files) sent by the document owner.
    • Create ServiceNow ticket for translation team to request translation/s of the file with the specific scope of languages.
    • Updating ServiceNow ticket and do follow-ups if there are assets/files that are still pending in queue or if there are missed target dates.
    • Update the document owner once final reviewed translated files/assets are delivered and attach files or the Sharepoint link.
    • Upload files in web author - files will be available in landing pages, elevate and collateral map.
  • Kiado Assets:
    • Create the request thru Kiado for the languages requested by the document owner.
    • Do follow ups with the translation team if there are delayed deliverables.
    • Inform ICRs of pending assets for review in Kiado.
    • Check files for any text truncations and layout issues.
    • Create ServiceNow ticket for Marcom for Kiado reworks or fixes of the assets.
    • Publish the master files to web author so that all approved files will be made available in landing pages, elevate and collateral map
  • Manage the Supplies Compatibility table:
    • Gain access to the finance supplies file.
    • Merge annuities date with the existing compatibility table.
    • Create internal and external docs.
    • Include new files with launch material for both internal and external distribution.
    • Coordinate with the Product Support team and the WW Annuities team as needed to ensure that the database is kept up to date and supporting the launch calendar.
  • General Marketing Support Activities:
    • Provide administrative support for marketing related activities as needed

Education, Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a business environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Good command of the English language in written and oral communications
  • Has attention to details
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Need to be able to work as part of a team effectively
