Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the ledger assignment.
  • Conduct analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, monitor trend and fluxes and evaluate accounting implications.
  • Assist and engage with Country and/or International Compliance Team on all matters affecting assigned ledgers (i.e. QRP, audit etc.).
  • Point of contact for Country and/or International Compliance Team for queries to any Accounting and CSSC functional teams (i.e. OTC, Rebates, AR, etc.), coordinates with relevant parties throughout the statutory audit process – International Compliance Team, External Auditors and Accounting teams.
  • Ensure standard policies and procedures are applied and any exceptions are reported to stakeholders.
  • Monitors and ensures the performance of month-end closing activities.

Education, Experience & Certification Basic Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy. Preferably a CPA with 2 years of audit experience.
  • Knowledgeable in business software such as SAP.
  • Strong personality and has a positive attitude towards work.
  • Fluent in oral and written English communication
