D2V ANALYSTICS GOVERNANCE MANAGER (LEAD TO CONTRACT)

Job Summary:

The manager develops business management goals and objectives that aligns to global company vision/mission for growth and prosperity.  The manager is responsible for designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. The manager is accountable to ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its required activities and deliverables. 


Leads a team of business application support analysts focused on first/second level resolution support for D2V systems and subscribing systems as well as provides reporting, monitoring and analysis of data quality and integrity checks. Knowledge in Azure, Machine Learning, BigDecisions or related platforms would be added advantage. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the work of employees and ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for growth and prosperity
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of overall company goals
  • Ensure that the team has the adequate and suitable resources to complete deliverables like people, material, equipment, tools, access, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate with business to ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, users, etc.
  • Assess overall team performance against objectives like kpi, sla, metrics, etc.
  • Represent the team in business meetings, events, conferences, etc.
  • Ensure team adherence to company COBC and legal rules/guidelines.
