Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

We are looking for a videographer that will be responsible for creating technical video documentations both live and recorded in the most effective and creative way possible. Scope of work includes preproduction (conceptualization, writing, storyboarding and all prep works), production (lighting, shooting, directing), postproduction (video and sound editing), and distribution to various internet platforms. He/She will closely collaborate with global product development teams and various internal customers that ensures our videos achieve the company’s business objectives and positively impacts customer experience.

…if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, multi-media design or any design related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in video production and editing.
  • Advance proficiency in operating a camera and knowledgeable of its functions, components, and accessories.
  • Must know the basics of lighting, framing, and composition.
  • Must be familiar with video production equipment (Studio).
  • Experienced in directing a scene.
  • Fast and efficient without compromising output quality.
  • Advance proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledgeable in color correction and grading through the use of a histogram, RGB parade, waveforms, and vector scopes.
  • Knowledge of video codecs and its types of formats.
  • Experience in motion graphics, basic 3D modeling and animation is a plus.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Mac OS).
  • Knowledgeable in video compositing, chroma keying, matte painting and rotoscoping.
  • Ability to direct a whole video production team when necessary.
  • Has patience, flexibility, and leadership qualities.
  • Resourceful and dependable.
  • Has high adaptability to changing technologies.

  • Creative, motivated, and with good eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage his/her own project, work well under pressure and meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate fluently in English, Cebuano, and Tagalog.
  • Team player. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team production environment.
  • Background in either video journalism or shooting commercials.
  • Experience in creative copywriting is a huge plus.

Videographer Candidate Requirement:

  • Latest demo-reel or portfolio.
  • Provide instructional how-to video sample.
  • Product must be a printer (Any printer will do). If no printer available, use electronic device such as laptop.
  • Content must show how-to replace a part of the printer, e.g. toner cartridge, ink cartridges, etc. For laptop, ex. is showing how to a memory/RAM.
  • Video sample must not be shot with a cellphone.
  • Product must be shot in a proper setup with proper lighting equipment.
  • Submit your lighting diagram, camera used, and file footage metadata.
  • State the NLE (non-linear editing software) used to edit.
